Founder and Managing Partner of Split Rock Capital LLC, Kyle Young a graduate of St. Mary’s University and retired Air Force Veteran working on the F-16 Falcon. He Currently owns 22 doors and a teak parcel in Panama. He has been a Real estate investor since 2016, with experience with sourcing, due diligence, capital raising, investor relations and asset management. Split Rock Capital specializes in educating and creating opportunities for passive investors on how to generate long-term, generational wealth, through real estate investments. Kyle’s goals are to create opportunities for the everyday wage earner to acquire lifelong passive income, become financially free from your 9-5 job and get time freedom so you can do what you love.
